Nick Jonas, formerly of the three-brother band, The Jonas Brothers, is flying high on his solo career. He is preparing for the release of his new self-titled pop album next month. At 22, he is more than ready to show that he’s got what it takes to stand on his own.
Nick has been in the spotlight for the past couple of months with the announcement of his upcoming album, landing a role on DirecTV’s Original Series Kingdom, and releasing the singles “Chains” and “Jealous,” along with their sultry music videos. He has also made headlines with his controversial photoshoot with Flaunt magazine. Not that anyone is complaining, mind you.
Nick reminds me of Justin Timberlake from a decade ago when he broke off from the boy band N-Sync to pursue a solo career, and he instantly became an international sensation. Of course I wish the same success for Nick, and from the sounds of it, he will make that ride to stardom alot more intriguing than Justin did. Cheers to one hot and steamy successful solo career!
Check out some cool remixes for Nick’s current singles. “Chains” features remixes by Mike Hawkins, Just A Gent, Kryvian & Bemax, and Dan Farber. “Jealous” features remixes by Bent Collective, The Rooftop Boys, DYAGO, and Ugo.
